These toner cartridges last a long time and do a great job. Just what I expect from HP - and why I never buy computers, printers, supplies, etc. from any other company. Thanks for always providing great products at fair prices.

I have no problem with the product and am more than satisfied, HOWEVER when I attempted to return the used cartridges for recycling using the tracking number that was enclosed within my new order, UPS said they would not pick it up because the tracking number was already in use.?
It is unfortunate that I may have to trash those two used cartridges.
