Great riser for monitor

Ordered this on sale for $12.99 great bargain and it serves it's purpose well since my monitor does not adjust for height. It's almost too tall but I really like the additional space it affords and it does give a much more comfortable viewing position.

Some things get worse in technology. It wasn't that long ago that fpd monitors routinely came with adjustable height adjustments. Well made sturdy stable infinitely adjustable. Most now do not. Fittingly as a solution to this reversal in fpd quality we're now sold a "riser stand" -- a throw back to a half century ago. Fittingly this riser stand is also not adjustable and is quite wobbly. Use those old encyclopedias instead. No wobble and they're adjustable. (use more than one ;-))

This was a cheap solution to put my monitor on that didnt bulk up my desk.. its sturdy.. doesnt wabble when I type.. and I can run cords through the back of it.. making the docking station for the laptop non messy. A great choice if you like over and under monitor.. vs. side by side..
