I bought two monitor stands for my DVR's at home to increase air flow underneath. They worked out great but very pricey at $30 each. However they are sturdy and durable and can be used for more than a monitor stand. One thing I forgot to do was measure the dimensions of my DVR before going to the store one DVR just barely met the dimensions of this monitor stand but luckily I made it work. I didn't want to pay $40 for the slightly bigger one.

Excellent sturdy steel monitor riser. Use it to raise 32" bedroom TV slide cable set top box underneath. Space saving. Worked out well. Highly recommended.

Perfect for the neck pick up

I enjoy having the use of this monitor riser. Having neck issues this allows me to maintain the proper holding of my head and neck without having to constantly look downward towards the monitor. Perfect level and pretty sturdy for the weight of my monitor. If I had a heavier monitor it might be a little too light and my base for my monitor was almost too big. Overall I really like this product and will get a new one if something were to ever happen to this one- Which I doubt. Certainly going to suggest to my computer working friends to look into getting one for themselves as well.

Steel Monitor Riser

Sturdy steel shelf Rubber feet keep it from sliding at all. Bought it because my desk is low and wanted to raise my monitor. The monitor is at a much more comfortable viewing height. The Riser shelf is unobtrusive and gives me a bit more space on the desktop which uncluttered my desk some. Excellent product no complaints.

My back & neck don't hurt any more!

This Staples Monitor Riser is the perfect solution to my back & neck pain that results from hours a day spent sitting at the computer. This Stand raises the monitor to the proper eye level preventing me from bending over and forward in my chair. I am able to sit well back into the chair and hold my head/neck up in proper alignment; thus relieving stress and avoiding 'the daily computer neck/headache.' The platform of the Stand provides space to put some office supplies; and the open base design allows me to keep usable desk space underneath. I highly recommend this product to anyone who spends time at the computer.
