The process to purchase is quick and easy. Delivery was smooth and quick. The product works as expected. The price is outrageous. There is no justification for charging these prices for toner.

The cartridges are okay but the website is a disaster. It is efficient in accepting payment, but then it's impossible to track the shipment or see the invoice. The tracking number is on the invoice but by the time you get the invoice, the package has arrived. Crazy.
