I bought this as a refill of the prior toner cartridge. It is very smooth and efficient. My only minor complaint is that online or in. the stores the black original laser jet toner cartridge tends to be pricey. This included in store and online purchase

I bought a new cartridge for my HP laserMFP281fw printer. When I installed the cartridge it did not work. There was no ink being discharged. I was printing reports for my school and there was no black ink. I put back the old cartridge that still had a small amount of ink and printed a test page. It worked. I have to print reports for my school and the defective cartridge was a disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
