[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this for a client who was having horrible print and copy problems due to their purchase of non-HP toner cartridges. Replaced these non-HP branded cartridges with these HP ones, cleaned up the mess inside the printer, and everything worked much better. I will admit these cartridges were expensive, and that is the reason for a "Good" rating vs an "Excellent" rating. My client wanted to return the printer, and these products changed their mind. Thanks.

I give this review 4.5 stars, because all 4 individual toners were on my doorstep instead of being in an (unmarked) box. I wasn't home at the time. My neighbor was kind enough to call me to inform me, I had packages at my door.
I am a faithful HP consumer and will continue to order my products.
My only request: please put the toners in a box.
