Would be a great printer if we could get it to only print on one side without going into the settings and changing it EVERY TIME we want to copy something. Also when the color inks run low and we go to black only or gray it doesn't let us print from a PDF file. looks like we might need to go to a Canon copier.

I truly believe that ink cartridges follow an unknown universal law:
1. HP Ink Cartridge will order your new (empty) ink cartridge 1 month before you need it (Which is a great default mechanism that keeps us from running out of ink early!!!)

Bought this twice because 1st was defective. When scanning (which is important reason why I bought this) the PDF size is so large (even if I am only scanning a few pages) and cannot determine how to reduce and instructions are minimal at best and not helpful at all. I normally do not give many negative comments and am an HP fan, but this is pretty frustrating
