You people are like Gillette - you change the toners so when people buy new printers, those new printers don’t accept transfer of previous unused printer cartridges.
I was willing to buy a new printer, but the above issue causes me to likely buy someone else’s product.
In all fairness, your Fillipino representative was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

HP's Toner Cartridges are outrageously expensive and their proprietary technology makes it very difficult for other manufacturers to compete. I love HP technology but their marketing philosophy and practices are abysmal.
