These were HP genuine replacement cartridges. Removed the old ones and put in new ones. No problems or issues. The problem I had was trying to use the Staples App and App coupon. Has the cashiers try for 15 minutes and could not get coupon to down load and use. If you’re going to give us a coupon just give it without jumping through hoops to get it. Have HP cartridges a 4 Star use of coupon 1 Star because I can’t go lower

I think all ink cartridges are all priced too high but these are good I think. It might be my printer I don’t know but these seem to run out of ink faster than before. So don’t know if its my printer saying they are empty even tho when I throw them away the cartridges feel like they still have ink in them or if these are just manufactured differently and it signals the printer that they are empty but they are not. Just don’t know. But when I use my printer these are fine.

Product is used mostly for the printing of color photos with my HP printer. Excellent results. Purchased the variety pack with three colors and black. The process of removing the old cartridges and the replacement with the new cartridges was very easy. Have been using this product for many years and it is very reliable and easy to use.
