Purchase cheaper ink cartridges online and they were terrible decided to walk into Staples and buy the HP cartridges happy I did as immediately I saw the difference in my printing no smudges faded areas my prints were perfect

So much money! only lasted 2 weeks and now ink is low. Hardly any use. This is the 3rd time it has happened. will not purchase there anymore. They will think I am lying if I keep returning them but cannot continue to use.

Hi Migdalia Returns are accepted as long as they comply with the return policy. See the return policy at www.staples.com/sbd/content/help/shipping/. It might not be a defective cartridge if this happened with multiple cartridges. Each runs out in dry environments. To counter this turn off the printer each time. Clean the printer before each use.
