The ink is fine but the printer is annoying. When you run out of a color is suppose to let you print with black only. Most of the time is doesn't allow you to do that. Hopefully HP has fixed this problem on newer printers. Never more annoying then not being able to print because you are out of cyan when you only needed print with black only.

I'm only conveying what everyone knows. The cost is not Staples fault and the cartridges are a good product. However as a former brand exec it's a little painful to realize that most customers (I'm guessing) have negative thoughts - at least briefly - about HP cartridges every time they make a purchase. Does anyone buy these products and get a happy feeling about the brand? The more likely reaction is: "Oh well what choice did I have".
