Hi there Craig I am sorry there was so much confusion about getting the right cartridge. If you want the correct cartridge there are a few options. First take a used cartridge that worked in the printer and look for a serial number. If you don't have a current cartridge look up the printer number. Relevant cartridges are listed on the website. Made special trip to get ink came home and the 2 cartridges I inserted in copier said they were used previous days they were depleted. And it was an unopened box. Had to make another trip to exchange the package. No compensation for all the gas wasted. 😩
