Dealing with Square Trade is difficult and will try to avoid in future if acceptable alternate.On the 952 ink order through Staples and it's delivery it worked out fine.

The cardboard box was sealed/never opened but since the contents are not wrapped the ink cartridges were VERY dusty. I had to clean before installing. I was worried about contaminating my new printer with dust ... but luckily the cartridges work fine after I removed as much dust as I could.
