I paid over $100 for this ink and the cyan blue was defective. After I spent about an hour trying to figure it out I called HP and they sent me a new cyan. Took about a week. Not sure how new right out of the box ink goes bad but it did.

I love the HP ink for my HP all-in-one printer fax copier etc. Quality ink no doubt The only negative is THE PRICE. Seriously. Ink costs more than a dinner for 2 at a 5 star restaurant in New York City. Come on HP - do something about the markup.

Yes so glad to get the ink installed ----good product== just wished it was a better price or that we could use coupons to help with the price. Glad that you do give credit for the old ones which does help some. I appreciate the help the clerks give when I came into the store ===this is so helpful in finding the right products I am looking for.
