The staff at staples went out if his way to assist and find the product in the store ( it was packed in inventory ) even though he was on his way out having finished his shift. The product was sold out at another store and I found it at Staples and the correct cartridge !

Always reliable. Manufacturer charges too much for these though. Going to look into new Epson with refillable built in tanks. Printing is for personal use. Staples prices are in line with most retailers. We turn in empty cartridges for rewards credits. Nice benefit.
