It has the click noise of a normal mouse, but much quieter than your typical mouse. I have larger hands so it's a little small for me, but the size makes it very portable. I do wish it came with a carrying case of some type, I don't want to accidentally squish it in my bag. Otherwise, works perfectly for me, I love the USB connection because it won't drain my battery like a bluetooth connection would. Lets me work for as long as I need without having to worry about battery life.
