The Hauslane was the only vent that allowed a choice of venting options.
We needed the rear vent because structural members blocked the other options.

I was debating Hauslane with other brands such as Robam or Fotile. This is a great purchase! It looks slick and functions very well. The price is half of what other brands charge for. We are happy with our purchase and the suction power is well enough for wok frying. Highly recommend!

We purchased this range hood as I love to do a lot of cooking and this thing sucks-meaning it sucks all the odours and smoke from the kitchen to the outside.
We liked it so much our neighbours bought one, I can smell their dinner cooking from my home-which shows that it completely eliminates cooking odours and smoke.
It is simple in design, but has big power. Definitely worth the $.
