Love it!

I would recommend this range hood to everyone. I love the lights, the quiet fans and installation was much easier than anticipated. It is a two guy install just because of the size. The old fan drove me crazy with the noise. This one has six settings but the power is so great I doubt I'll need more than the two lowest settings. Great contemporary look and again the lights make cooking a pleasure.

High quality product and reasonable price

Very nice stainless steel every outerior of the hood and perfectly match our GE range. Easy to hook into standardised cambinet. The most exciting feature is it?? quietness even at highest speed especially compared to our old one.

Read a lot of reviews and researched a lot of different hoods. When I receive this one and pulled it out of the box, it is built like a Sherman tank! I was amazed at the fabulous way this piece was put together, with threaded stainless steel screws and thick stainless steel. It is not as quiet as a church mouse, but considering the wonderful job it does sucking the fumes from my stove that's okay. For the price you cannot go wrong with this hood.

Good product with really nice price

Base on the price, the product is actually very good. It's very powerful. The noise level is ok. And I like the design. However, it's only one month after I installed the range hood and one of the bulb is already broken. I tried to contact the seller and see if I can get a replacement of the bulb and no one answered the phone. I've called several times so far, tried the extension to two locations (San Francisco and Los Angeles). But still I'm getting no response. The customer service was really bad.Updates:Calvin from customer service contacted me in email promptly afterwards and explained about their phone system change. He send me a replacement part which works great.

It's stylish, its contemporary and so compact! When I received it, one of the lights on the range hood was not working but I was sent the replacement part and it was a piece of cake to change it. The new lights are bright and works wonderfully well. The 6 levels of exhaust are a bit noisy but overall suction is good. A definite buy!

The first unit I got was slightly dented. They were quick to respond with return shipping label and refund payment. The second unit ordered and received in excellent condition without further issue. Everything fit Perfect and works fabulous.
