I love my new hood. It’s ultra quiet even on the highest fan speed. I grilled steaks on the stove and didn’t have a kitchen full of smoke. Great product for the price. I highly recommend!!

Suggest hiring a handyman for installation

The unit itself works great but installation is difficult and not a one man job due to the weight that has to be lifted into position while you deal with the electrical splice which per code needs to be done inside of a protected electrical box. We covered our stove top with plywood to protect it and used milk crates to get the unit high enough to start the installation. We found that the existing holes to screw the unit into place were inadequate as they lined up at the edge of the wood in our cabinets. I was forced to drill additional holes all while the wife and I were using our rapidly diminishing strength to keep the unit in place as the milk crates were not high enough. You are not given enough silver metal tape in the kit and I suggest buying a roll of it at the hardware store before starting your installation.

Great value to performance range hood

Amazing value for the cost. it is not quiet but not too loud as well where it becomes hard to hear your partner talking. To us we don't care too much about noise. Performance wise it has been great so far! used for about 2 weeks, most of the time we have 2 burners and both produce steam/smoke. Very effective with smoke produced.

Buy other brand

The vents are too far back and can’t suck in the smoke, cooking smell from the front burners. But even using when using the back burners it doesn’t suck up the smoke well. I can still see some smoke going the other way while only some are being sucked into the vents. And it has two fan motors which was supposed to be very powerful. Disappointed in this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Solid Product, Great Service

We’ve had some problems but they’re more a function of a poor installation.
When it works it works well and I hope its problems are behind it.
Service has been very solid. Was able to talk to a real person who didn’t hesitate to ship the right park, even though the breakage wasn’t a product flaw.
Pretty loud but any good range hood is.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great range hood!

I've had this installed since 2021, and it's been consistently great to use. Strong suction and very good bright lighting makes it easy to see the cooktop, and the removable filters and drip tray are surprisingly easy to clean. The auto shut-off is a feature we use all the time after cooking, and it's nice not having to worry about the hood still running after we leave the kitchen.
