Nice product, not an easy install.

I like the fan, it looks nice and works great. Quality seems very good. It’s not easy to install though as it’s big and heavy. I’m an old guy and did it by myself but I was exhausted and I don’t recommend doing it alone. First had to brace the cabinet to support the weight. Then I built a support to hold the fan as I jacked it up into place to locate and drill the holes. Glad it’s done.

Good but long wait

The hood has been great but it took 6 weeks to receive. Team was responsive and kept me updated that is was backordered.
Install pretty easy. Needed drill bit extension (12”) and 1.25” hole saw for the plug. Otherwise was straightforward.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hauslane range hood

The unit is well made and works like a charm. It would be nice if it had adjustable lights. Installation of the unit is hard without a least 3 people, very heavy with limited visibility of the mounting screws.

Overall, we are very pleased with the performance of this unit. The only complaint to date is that the inline baffle doesn't seem to keep cold air from coming into the kitchen

Attractive & Functional

The hood vent works perfectly in our kitchen. It's attractive, and the light brightens the whole area. A couple things we figured out while installing were that the pointed screws were slightly longer than what we measured according to the manual and it's more noisy than we anticipated. Also, I wish the timer would just beep when the time is up instead of turning off the whole system, but I can see why you'd want that function. All in all we're very happy with our choice.

Excellent unit - should have installed one sooner

Very powerful, beautiful professional appearance. Had to make several modifications from fitment of the original contractor-grade asthmatic unit which took quite some time but now it fits perfect. And it's true, on the highest setting it will lift a paper towel. No more cooking smells in the house and soon the butterflies will return :)
