Couldn't be happier

Got the Hauslane with a bit of hesitation. But I got a nice surprise when opening the box. Beautiful and simple, heavy as intended with 2 brutal fans tacking all smell out... The first time I plug it, it blowed away the very lose duct work in the attic. I'm amazed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my new vent hood

I love my new vent hood. Multiple power levels for my various needs. The light is bright and right where I need it to cook. The fans are reasonably quiet considering the force of wind it creates.

Quiet and easy to clean

Unit is easy to use, and much quieter than out old one. Was easy to install and performs well. Very easy to remove the grates for cleaning in the dishwasher.

Install problem

The 3 star review is due to installation method used by contractor. I need to get a 6inch round adapter and use 6 inch strait duct through roof. I am requesting the 6 inch adapter be sent to me. Thanks for your help. (footnot) the customer service and support line is fantastic.

I just installed my new US-PS18. A couple of things that could be improved upon regarding installation. I hope they could provide a paper template regarding drill holes. The cost for this would be next to nothing, and would aid and speed up installation tremendously. I also wish that they had not designed the cord so close to a drill hole. This does not leave much room for error.
Otherwise, the fan works as expected. I have yet to cook with it, but I tested the pull of it using a paper plate. It has a nice light that can be changed out to suit preference. I read some reviews complaining about operational noise. I'm not sure what they were expecting. Yes, there are some decibels to it, but it's a fan. The sound is smooth. There is no rattle. It has two fans... other brands that cost more only had one. For the sale price, I am pleased with the purchase. Just please include an installation drill template for those who are not handy.

New Kitchen Hood

The new kitchen hood I purchased is working well. It is louder than anticipated however it seems to draw a lot to smoke out of the kitchen when cooking.
