Best in class phone accessory.

This is a phenomenal phone grip accessory. The magnet locking mechanism is satisfying and works extremely well. I just upgraded from the Snap 3 with the plastic closure, and let me tell you this is a step up in style and substance. I used a loopy case for a while, and had friends with a pop socket, but this one blows them all out of the water.
Things that were important to me:
• Charge through capability with both the magnetic chargers and Qi chargers.
• Able to use typical iPhone magnetic mount accessories
• Finger grip for single-handed use
• Able to put my phone in my front jeans pocket without snags

This thing hits all my wish list items and more. Extras, above and beyond, include kickstand that works way better than I expected. Additionally, the magnets included in the Snap 4 are very strong. I routinely mount my phone to the fridge while I'm cooking to reference recipes. Such a great bonus.
Cons:
• The grip disk feels a little flimsy.
• The adhesive is marketed as "reusable" but when removing my snap 3 after 5 months of use, the glue peeled away from the disk and rolled up, making it impossible to reuse. Ymmv.
• It's pricy, for sure.

Overall:
100% recommend buy. The quality and usability factor far outweigh the negatives and round out a solid product. The magnets on the Snap 4 take it over the edge into a product I recommend to everyone.

My daughter asked me to get the Snap 4 Luxe for my son-in-law's upcoming birthday.
I thought I had remembered ordering one but I couldn't find it so I went ahead and ordered another. When it came time for his birthday I actually found the first one and thought I would put the second one to the side for someone else ~ maybe even for myself?
A few weeks later, she again asked for another one for their son, who also had asked for one "just like Dad's." So, once again, I was able to gift one to her family for a birthday gift.
Now, both my son-in-law and grandson are very happy with their Snap 4s...and I'm actually thinking of ordering a 3rd to keep for myself! I think we are fast becoming a family of fans...

Love it...but one thing

So I snagged 2 of these for VDay. My girl loves hers. I love mine too but didn't get much experience with it. Its totally my own fault because I didn't read the warnings that the adhesive doesn't stick well to silicone or textured cases before purchasing and we'll that is completely true. It eventually just falls off. One and only critique I would give is to redesign with an adhesive that would accommodate people like me who don't want to change their favorite phone case thst happens to be silicone.

Old vs new

I originally backed you on Kickstarter. I like that version and version 2. They were easy to open, get my finger through and to stand. This version is hard to push down from the teeny tiny bump and I have to keep looking to make sure my finger is in the right spot. It doesn’t stand sturdy, it falls over constantly. It never did on version 2. The only reason I upgraded was because the part that attached the disk to the phone had a tear.

The iphones bumps are too big which makes it hard to stick to stuff with the magnets, but that’s Tim Apple’s fault.

It's awesome! The functionality and thiness is insane. I only gave it a 4 because when using wireless charging the metal can get insanely hot. Like really, really hot. Not sure if the heat conducting metal was a good idea in terms of build, but it does look nice.
Be careful when charging wirelessly, it will charge just fine but the metal part gets unsafely hot. If there was a plastic only options I would get that instead. I have the S24 ultra for reference.

They just replaced my snap 3 for the 4 and it is a huge difference and even better quality!!!
Works great with my magnet holder in my cars and wireless chargers.
