Slim, as advertised. Compatible with the charger. The attachments feel flimsy. I trust they're not, but that's how they feel to me. Probably would have bought a Popsocket if I'd known. ......

Love My Snap Grips!!

They’re very durable and reliable. I still own my very first snap grip 4 that I purchased years ago. It’s worn out with the paint on the outside but otherwise still going strong. But these new Snap Grip 5s are super awesome. Love the color ways. Love how you can just slip them out and change them out with a different color anytime you please. One of my favorite things about them is the manage capability. Also love you can just stick your phone to anywhere because of the magnets in the them. Just wish they were stronger like the Snap Grip 4. Otherwise beyond please with my purchase. Defiantly could see myself buying more or another products in the future. Thank you Oh Snap! 🫰

Amazing... but new magnets are weaker

Let me start out by saying I absolutely love this product and it's amazing. I've had one for 3 years now and love it. The adhesive was trash. I super glued it to my thin case and that has worked great. I just bought another snap grip for my new phone and was looking to do the same the new design covers the spinny part from the back so the entire back surface can be glued rather than just the outer ring. This is AMAZING! Because again the adhesive ain't doing it (I used 2 part epoxy after sanding the back of my iPhone with 400grit). I was however disappointed to find that the magnets seem weaker than my old grip. I feel lis is to appeal more to the whole magsafe ecosystem stuff but it detracts from what made the grip so special: THE ADDED STRONG MAGNETS. The whole reason i love this product is i can stick my phone to my tool cart, the frame rail of a car or literally anything and it wouldn't go anywhere. We will see how the new one fairs but the lower magnet strength worries me. I hope they bring back the original strength but again great improveent with the back being fully glue-able!

I love the way the ohsnap socket looks, but i am very disgusted with the warranty of the product! I have tried to wirelessly charge my phone with multiple chargers, and it will not charge it. I emailed the company to file a claim and they ask where I orchard it from. I told them I purchased it directly from their website. Well, today, they emailed and told me that they cannot honor my warranty without proof of purchase! Well, since I have no receipt, you would think they could see where I purchased it from, since it was their website. Well, at this point in time, they are not honoring my warranty! I have only had it for a couple of days! However, I will tell you right now, I will NOT recommend their product to ANYBODY! What's the point of a warranty?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve had the OhSnap grip for about a month now and I must say I’ve very impressed. I appreciate the different ways to hold it and use it as a kickstand. I am surprised by how much I use it as a fidget. The thinness of it is unreal and unmatched imo. It’s worked great and I’ve had few issues. I don’t know if it’s just me but the magnet isn’t as strong as I’d like it to be. For example, placing my phone on my magnetic car charger it sometimes falls off. The magnet for it sticking to the phone itself is perfect it’s just when I want to place my phone on other magnetic surfaces is where I have an issue.
