Disappointed

First the positive. I love that it easily snaps on my phone, I am not stuck with one that is applied with adhesive. The negative is once I pulled out and started using it to hold my phone. It will no longer snap back into place... and every time I have to charge my phone, or use in the car with my MagSafe holder, I have to remove it. Which is a pain. I have tried everything to get it to snap back flat, but it remains out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Snap 5 ?

Honestly I really only wanted to give this a 1.5... it looks nice and matches my phone, but.... So, I had the snap 4 great product and a strong magnet! But it wasn't available in white to match my new iPhone 17pro... Finally I went and got the Snap 5 which did offer a white option, but honestly it's a bit subpar to my snap 4... I have faithfully kept it on my phone trying to enjoy it, but it just not as great... it's supposed to be thinner, the snap 4 is much thinner, and the snap 5 and on top of everything else magnet sucks! it barely holds to my snap car mount, and it doesn't hold well on anything else my phone is too heavy and it will slide or fall off... is this normal for the snap 5? I thought I was supposed to be buying a superior product to the snap 4 and I feel duped.

Because of the nature of the product, I simply think it should be a cheaper price, but that's me looking at cheaper competitors. I'm still very happy with my purchase, but can probably see why the cost is what it is: Great build quality as well as multiple practical functionality!

When I tell you that nothing compares to this phone grip, I mean it! I have tried all kinds and there is nothing like the OhSnap! phone grip! With your magsafe case, the magnet is a solid hold. So easy to use, so handy, and so perfect that I have it in three colors! Trust me.. you need this phone grip!!

Snap grip not what I expected

Gripping it the two ways suggested in the instructions makes for a very uncomfortable grip. It does not snap back into place easily- followed directions to how to fix this problem, but still does not snap back. The circle just hangs out. Very disappointed with this product.

Like the product but

I like the concept of the product because it’s lighter than the pop sockets and slimmer, making it more convenient to carry in your pocket. However, I’m having some issues with closing it. If you don’t align the pieces underneath correctly, it takes a minute for them to snap into place with the magnet. Otherwise, the product is awesome. I give it almost a four. It’s just for the magnet in the fold down it doesn’t get a four!
