It was so easy to install and easy to use. I can confirm that my phone does charge wirelessly with it installed. Love everything about it. So glad I finally made the purchase! And your marketing team...🤌🏼.Love your ads and the packaging the Snap Grip came in. Just a couple cardboard zippy tabs and your Snap Grip is outta the package. Smart! P.S. Neither a dog or cat person. 🫣🥴 But you forced me to pick. 🧐

I like just about everything about this except the fact that it's a fixed with adhesive. If I would have seen the 5, I definitely would have chosen it instead!!!

It’s ok but gets hot when charging

As the title implies the grip is ok. The new design isn’t super natural or comfortable but better than not having one though I still find myself resting my phone on my pinky. But the major drawback that gets this 2 stars is that when you’re wirelessly charging with the grip on, even with Oh Snaps own chargers (I have the desk and car mount), the aluminum makes the grip and phone get so hot that my phone has thermal throttled and stopped charging on every occasion that I charge. Like after 10% charging the grip is so hot to the touch you can’t use it. The previous design and materials were better in my opinion.

Strong enough magnet to stick to the car.

I’ve had my snap 4 about 2 years now. I wanted to have an option for charging my phone while still being magnetic and having a grip. This is the most functional option I had found. It’s definitely seen better days. I bought before y’all had the nice designs so I have a sticker and some residue on mine, evidence of whimsy long past its prime. The snap is also scuffed and half the prongs broke off long ago, making the grip part functionally defunct (thank you curious toddler). My biggest gripe is that the adhesive occasionally gives out, which makes detaching from my charging stand or car mount a bit frustrating. It seems to be worse in the summer when the adhesive gets gummy in the heat. But I want to keep coming back to this and am looking forward to the Snap 5. Here’s why I love this. I have a toddler and a new baby. Big mom brain energy happening. One day, I left my phone on the hood of my car when running errands with the kids. Y’all. It stayed there the whole trip, freeway and all. Worth the money.

Th finger dexterity required to operate the grip was a bit of an adjustment and I do not find it to be a simple, one handed operation. But what really grinds my gears, is the magnet. Every mag-safe utility I own locks this thing down so hard that the glue on the grip, adios. The grip itself typically separates from the magnet and I need to peel the magnet off my mag-safe things with my fingernails and then reassemble the entire grip

A Niche Device Stand

I've used Popsockets for years, and I was intrigued by the advertisements offering a like-experience if not better. Perhaps my muscle-memory needs more time for the bond, but I'm not as thrilled as I thought I would be.If you've never used a Popsocket, or are on the fence, I would go with the Snap Grip. I do appreciate the slim fit, the magnetic power, and the hold I can get on my tech: iPhone and a Kindle.

I was impressed initially, but it has already failed. It won't snap closed.Cool, but over engineered.I want a refund.I'll go back to using a silicone knob.

Great in theory but it comes off on my MagSafe devices

I love this product but they don’t have the magnets right, not strong enough? Idk but mine gets stuck on my MagSafe charger, I’ll have to wait and see if it works better with my girlfriend’s she stuck hers on a case, mine was directly on the back of my phone.
