So disappointed. No wireless charging

I really wanted to love this. The ads sold me, I’ve been searching for a “pop-socket” that allows wireless charging. DOES NOT WORK. So disappointed.

Mine is great but my wife's keeps popping open.

I got one and I've been loving it. Props open just fine, hold strong, work straight with my magsafe mount in my car. My wife got one around the same time and her hers won't stay closed but keeps trying to pop open. Takes about seven tries and holding it for a long time for the magnetic portion to keep it closed. It's a little frustrating since it keeps catching on things as it pops open. Pretty hard to be a small, not obtrusive device when it keeps popping open to her.

Will not stay put

Had high hopes for this phone holder/ kick stand. I really like the metal feel and the thinness of this product but falls short in my overall impression due to the fact that the adhesive does not stick to my plastic phone case. It's clear plastic/with tempered glass and it should stick. It also comes apart when I have it with a mag safe charger when I want to retrieve it

Does not work well with magnetic chargers

I love the new design, but it is not very compatible with magnetic chargers. I have to remove my case whenever I want to charge on a magnetic charger. Also RIDICULOUSLY expensive, but this is the only one in the market this slim.

great as a phone stand

I like this as a phone stand, but I could not get a sweet spot for the MagSafe charger so I just couldn't stick with it

Adhesive sucks

The adhesive cannot keep this thing on my phone, it's fallen off over and over. I've done everything besides just buying a new adhesive but I doubt that would fix anything seeing others have the same issue.

The packaging is delightful, the unboxing experience was great, and the first impressions of the grip are extremely positive. It is thinner than I expected and the mechanism feels space-age given how much articulation is available. I really loved how firmly and confidently it adhered to both of the cases I tried it with. Also it’s a great fidget too. Ultimately where it couldn’t fit into my workflow were my two most often used wireless chargers built into my car, and on my desk. Of course this is not the fault of the Snap Grip, but it is the reason why I can’t enjoy it fully and ultimately why I had to remove it from my phone. iPhone 14 Pro Max with dbrand Grip case and iPitaka thin carbon fiber cases are the two I have and tried, but no dice for me. I’m keeping it around to keep trying with future phones and cases though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love The idea, needs a little more R&D

Most of the products features work Great, But the charging through works for about 5-10 Seconds and gets crazy Hot. And the Arms get stuck some times (not a huge deal just a little inconvenient) Maybe Carbon Fiber would be a better choice for the arms. Hope Y'all get it worked out on the next version. Love the idea just not there yet.
