i hot glued magnetic tiles all over my house so i can mount my phone. and the grip works with my TINY TINY hands

I'm not sure if it's a defect but mine doesn't stick. I also tried one of the extra adhesives included but it just won't stay on my phone. Also, I tried using wireless charging and it caused my charger to malfunction.

Advertising and description doesn’t make it clear that you have to actually stick/glue it to your phone or case. Usability isn’t great. Have to fidget with it a lot to get fingers in it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Snap grip

I like how flat it lays. Unfortunately one of the small inner pieces that collapses to make it go flat, broke very quickly on mine. Within a couple of weeks actually. It still works but I have to unhinge that piece with my finger to get it to close. I also don’t find it comfortable when my finger is through the middle to hold my phone. It pinches and is rough!! I’ve also never been able to use it as a kickstand to hold my phone up to watch anything on it. It just falls down right away. Over all- it looks nice but doesn’t perform at all like the adds suggested.

I LOVE how streamlined my Luxe 4 is!! I LOVE the beautiful shade of bright pink! And so so lightweight!! But. It again doesn’t stick well. It pops off any time I place it on a magnetic surface (and my mag charger) and I have to restick it over and over again. At the 2.5 week mark the slender legs are starting to not fold properly which is part of the issue with my first ohsnap! Luxe 4. I don’t thrash, I’m not rough with it, nor am I mistreating my phone or the ohsnap! in any way...so I’m not sure what I could do better to keep it functioning...I REALLY LOVE the marketing. The customer service is amazeballs! I really really want this to work...but it’s not and I’m super bummed. ☹️

Blocking wireless charging

Like the grip itself however turned out to be a waste of money , had to take it off phone gets extremely hot trying to wireless charge it with ohsnap on and the adhesive got a) messed up from it so it didn't stay on very well so now it's just a decorative drawer piece on my nightstand

Want to love it..

But mine has already messed up a lot, and I’ve only had it for maybe two months. The sticky grip does not work anymore and really never did but used to stick more in the beginning than it does now. Also, one of the prongs bends the opposite way and makes the pop socket part unable to close properly. I love the idea though
