I want to love it

I want to love this product, but it has some flaws. I was really hoping to switch away from the more common brands we’re all used to.Pros:I love how thin it is, and it’s compatible with MagSafe charging and car magnetic mounts.Cons:However, after just 48 hours of use, the plastic supports that fold and hold the disc in place have already bent in the wrong direction. This makes it difficult to get the disc back into position, and I have to manually adjust them, which is frustrating. Is plastic really the best material? Perhaps a higher-quality plastic would help, as this one feels quite cheap. Additionally, the magnet that attaches it to the phone is very weak. To keep it securely in place, you have to peel off the adhesive and stick it directly to the case. If you choose not to use the adhesive and rely on the magnet, there’s an unnecessary tab sticking out where the adhesive sticker is meant to be peeled off, which looks awkward and out of place.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I used popsockets for years but they were bulky & would easily wear out in a year, I liked they were easier to open with one hand- but that’s the only advantage pop socket has. I love the snap 4, it’s slim/sleek, fun to play with, looks better, & is very useful. It’s taken some practice, but I can open it with one hand, it’s just not as easy as popsocket was. Overall I’m very happy & wont be going back to popsocket. I got the midnight blue & the green one & am very happy with both purchases

I bought it for the commercial 😂I love the whole idea and concept of the slim design that allows MagSafe appliances still to work. Brilliant. And why I am still using it. But I can’t pop and position for use one handed. It’s awkward once I have it popped to get it turned the right way to get fingers set up to hold. I think there could be a better design for getting a grip.

I had an issue with Snap3 and I was sent a replacement Snap 4 luxe. Excellent product and addresses the issue with previous versions.

I've always had a pop socket. Since getting a new phone I decided to go with something different. More than satisfied with the product. It is a little pricey, but worth every penny. Using it as a stand works great. No worries about it breaking or wearing out. Still snaps in place. Magnet is strong i stick my phone up everywhere at work. I have a semi cheap and thin mag case on my phone and I stuck it right to that circle. It's not ever coming off the case and it still wireless charges through the case and luxe itself. Ordering another for my girlfriend now that the colors are back in stock. S24 ultra

Great Functionality, Troublesome Adhesive

I love how this thing works. It is super comfortable in my hand and it looks nice on the back of my phone. Wireless charging is a breeze and the design is ver slim. My issue lies with the adhesive. The adhesive on the ohsnap wasn’t very strong. The whole thing keeps coming off the back of my phone, stuck to the desk stand and car mount. It’s bothersome. Additionally, the car mount fell from my dashboard. If it’s not that great, include extras as replacement.

As far as the grip part, I will never go with another brand. Perfectly magnetic, slim, and stands with ease. However, whomever the company changed to for an adhesive supplier, it is not good. I have had around 6 (sent 4 in one shipment) different adhesive pads, and it keeps falling off, even after changing it multiple times on both my last one and new one. 5 stars across the board, except for the adhesive.
