1. My fingers don’t fit through or around the pop up very effectively. When I try to quickly secure my phone, I find myself fumbling and trying to figure out which direction my fingers need to go for the best grip.2. It’s TOO magnetic. I, again, try to quickly go for my phone and I am, again, fumbling with trying to pry it loose. Especially in my car.3. It seems wayyyyy too flimsy. Like, who are you trying to kid here? It doesn’t stand right when in kickstand mode, and, AGAIN, I’m trying to figure out which way the thing is supposed to go before I can securely place it down.Just, idk, do better, or something.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the holder and magnetic feature, but my Android barely charged "through"

So I'm kind of torn about this product. As a phone holder, I like it. My favorite way to hold it is with my finger through the middle of it. As a phone holder attachment, I like it way better than a popsocket. I like that I have the option of putting my finger through it or collapsing the middle and having it between two fingers. It's very clever of how you can use it as a stand as well. But magnetic feature is pretty cool, unless you put it down on something metal and can't figure out why suddenly. Suddenly your phone is so heavy. But one other super important feature was the charge through technology. That was really the main reason that I got this because I really wanted to be able to use wireless charging. Well that's where it loses. Two stars. My boyfriend tested it because I almost had him convinced to buy one. He has a very powerful battery pack that he hooked up to his wireless charger and we were excited when we plugged it in and it started working. Now let me tell you that this battery pack will completely charge my phone, and his phone and still have at least half of its charge remaining. And it will charge super quickly. So I was really surprised and dismayed when, after an hour I looked at my phone and it had gone from 48% to 51%. Meanwhile battery had gone down by 11% and both the charger and my phone were super hot. So it was all working really hard and expending a lot of energy to try and charge my phone, with very little progress. So for me it's a big time fail for the charge through feature using my Android.Now I'm wishing that it would just be removable instead of permanently stuck on.

Great... Until it Breaks!!!

This is a great product, until it breaks! I've had 2 of them, both lasted about 8 months and then they broke. Oh snap replaced the first one under their 1-year warranty, would replace the 2nd one as it was more than 1 year from the original order, even though it only lasted 8 months. So... If you're good with it not lasting as long as your case or phone go for it. but for me, when it costs 4x what my case costs, I would expect it to outlast my case. There's no way they've actually preformed the testing they state, or mine would list longer than 8 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Even when gone wrong, still made right

Bottom line is: this is a product that meets high expectations. Very elegant looking, amazing design (if you’re an industrial design nerd), and between the magnet, 360 rotation and thin design, really cover almost all an every functions one could get out of it. The first one I bought, while outstanding, came with a faulty adhesive. A little heartbroken i contacted support expecting to be met with hurdles. But I guess costumer support is as good as the engineers and advertising agents at this company. I’m very pleased with this company, it’s seems that every station is manned by very capable people.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So I’ve had all the different pop socket named items and the off brand imitation and was okay with it until I came across this one. Other brand kept getting stuck when I tried to put in or out of my work pants. Not this one. I’m super rough with my stuff to and it took everything my dumb self gave and still didn’t break, was worried it would to many times to count but was never let down lol. It’s super stylish too which has caught numerous people attention.

Howdy from Texas!I really love my phone grip from oh snap! I bought one for myself as a Mother’s Day gift. I have never been able to use MagSafe charging until having an oh snap grip. I also love that I can lay my phone down on my desk or a table and My grip is so thin that it doesn’t slide or tilt. I love to use it’s kickstand function, and I also use the two-finger grip style. I really liked my previous grip from a different company that had a spin function. Oh, snap!’s rotate function works great, PLUS it allows for all of the other functions I couldn’t use before. Great engineering, y’all!

I took a while to buy one because of the price, and with the shipping it gets very costly. When I got it, it was really nice, but the closing/opening mechanism can be a little tricky sometimes. I didn’t use it for that long, I didn’t use the 3M to stick to my case, was only using the magnetic to stick to my case and I ended up losing it, so if you want it to stay on your phone or case, please glue it to it. Otherwise you’re going to lose it just like me, it’s going to fall from your phone. I’m not going to buy another one because of the price. But it’s a good product!
