If you’re having issues with this product, do yourself a favor and watch all of the videos. The videos will show you how to properly use the product and much more. I absolutely love this thing. Wish I would have invested in their kickstarter! :D

I love the quality of the Snap 4 Luxe. It’s definitely sturdier than the previous models. I would highly recommend to anyone with a big phone. I love that it’s so thin and adds no bulk to the phone with a case.

Just received your snap 4 luxe today, and I’m enjoying it. Really like the thin form factor, ease of use, strong magnet including with my MagSafe wallet, and it is able to wirelessly charge with my pitaka case on it. I actually appreciate the adhesive because it does help keep the snap 4 in place. I tried it without using the adhesive and it comes off easy with MagSafe products.
I will say that wireless charging might not work with a thicker case. But, I’m not 100% certain since the case I’m using is a very thin case. Something to be aware of since the thicker the case the more space between the coil and charger.
Overall, very happy with the product and giving it 5 stars since I’ve found it to be very useful and convenient.

I love popsockets and phone grips. I’ve tried a bunch of different cases and grips, but this is the best by far. Super thin, attached right on to my MagSafe case and hooks right on to my standing MagSafe charger. Nice secure magnetic attachments all around. I’d recommend to anyone.

Huge inprovement

Have had one since the 2.0, and the 4.0 is such an upgrade. Magnetic snap closed solves the problem of the clip breaking from fidgeting with it. Love having the ability to charge through it, use it as a stand, grip and even magnet. Great product 10/10
