Worst Vacuum Ever!

This is the worst vacuum I’ve ever had. My husband purchased it because I have problems with my neck in my arms, and it is listed as being light. It is very awkward to carry and nearly impossible to push and pull to clean the carpet. I am unable to get in touch with a human being at Hoover to discuss this issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
