Verified Purchase:No
'V' at the end of the model number is for Vietnam, as in "Made In". Vacuum arrived with broken extension wand clip. Plastic is thin junk. No obvious place to store brush accessory. Hose loops over a very unreliable hook and pops off. I have to pay shipping to return this piece-o-you-know-what.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good suction, strong and longer cord. Like fact that it uses a bad. Wish original regular Windtunnel would have been available. Miss extra tools with onboard storage compartment.

Bought this thing off facebook marketplace brand new and I wouldn't let someone drag it out of my cold, dead hands. Works great around the house for an asthmatic, has the best suction I've ever seen, it has sucked things up from fairly far away. The bag holds months worth of crap. I love my vacuum :) Keep up the great work Hoover.

No Servicable Parts for Replacement

This is a great vacuum except; the parts are not serviceable. The brush roll bristles have worn down to almost non-existence in just a few months of commercial use. We are searching for a replacement brush roll to no avail. The vacuum was purchased online via Webstaurant store. Our janitor loves everything else about this vacuum and only wants to use this model, but the brush roll is very disappointing. Model number CH54100.
