I've used Speck for the past few years. The last one I had started falling apart within weeks, but this one seems like it's going to last. I crack my screen protector all the time but I've never cracked the back of my phone with one of these cases before.

Speck phone case goes to Starbucks

It was 6:30am on a Wednesday morning, I woke up and said "hey I'm going to leave early and go to Starbucks". I packed my bag for work, I made my hot coffee, I grabbed my iPhone 12 featuring my yellow speck phone case and got into my car. I get to Starbucks, ordered my venti cold brew and I pull up to the window to pay. With being so dumb I tried to scan my phone while it was connected to my USB output, so there it goes. My phone, in my beautiful phone case, One bounce when it hits the ground, lands face down. I'm crying inside, the barista says oh no and we both pray it didn't crack, I take a deep breath and I opened my door to grab it‚. And there it is‚ my phone‚ not even a SINGLE scratch and the phone case!! Still looks brand new, my screen was scratch free, I was in shocked. The barista even asked what phone case I had! 100% recommend speck for now on. Y'all killed it. Thanks. Much love.

Where is the silicone?

I am very disappointed that the silicone grips have been replaced with plastic. My phone slips out of my hand and slides on the counter and dashboard with the new plastic case. I have since discontinued using it.

Smudges really easily!

Absolutely in love with the yellow color! However the first night I had my phone in my back pocket somehow my OLD washed out jeans created blue smudges on the back. It's the material for sure and I'm super disappointed.

The perfect case minus one little flaw

This case is exactly what I was looking for! The feel of it is perfect, much better than the candy shell. Offers tons of protection while not adding too much weight and looks amazing. The ONLY thing I don't like... On the black case, the Speck logo on the back is white and stands out like a sore thumb, while it blends in better on other cases. If it was a different shade of black and blended in better, it would be perfect.
