Disappointed long time customer

I've always had speck cases for my phone and have loved them! But this one disappointed me. The case started fading within 2 weeks. It also was not sleek or slim. The back camera area is raised above the case which I did not like.

I wanted a case that I could grip easily and didn't feel slippery. So far this feels secure. I haven't dropped it yet and it doesn't cling to my pocket. I can remove from my pocket easily. If I had one complaint it would be the color. I need a BRIGHT color bso I won't lose it when I put it down. So amp up color choices please.

Great upgrade to the original Presidio Pro

love the slight rubber texture, it's not too much -- just the right amount for good feel without getting sticky or annoying. Overall case thickness is good and buttons are nice. My wife really likes the color too. This is much better than the original Presidio Pro which had terrible buttons and covers over some of the ports and switches.

A little slicker than I typically like (I typically get the presidio grip, but since they changed it up, I thought I would try this instead). Also buttons stick out pretty far. But same high quality product that protects my phone well

I've used Speck products for over 10 years and I keep coming back because they are consistently the best. I love how safe my devices feel in the case as well how well the actual case fees in my hands.

Overall, I really like this speck case. It fits perfectly. I haven't tested the 13 foot drop on the iPhone 12 Pro but it looks sturdy enough to likely survive that drop. The case fits very tightly so it is a bit difficult to take off. It is a bit speedy, but it's worth the peace of mind if you ever drop it. Thanks speck for another great product!
