Overall great earbuds

I love the all but 2 things about these buds. The sound is great. Price is great. Fit is solid. Battery is amazing! Conversation is bad, I have to use the phone, people cannot make out what I say. The play/pause is only on the right earbud.

I wish it had bigger sizes and a way to find lost earbuds I lost one and can't find it but everything else is wonderful

Great Customer Support

My original ones broke and the warranty expired but jlab still replaced them. They gave me a credit and they showed up 2 days later. This company is in California but they expedited shipping to get my new pair to me as quick as possible. The customer support was awesome and so helpful. This is a great small business that I don't mind supporting.
