Received my first pair last week and was absolutely blown away by the quality. Perfect fit and sound, wore them all day and they never shifted once. Easy operation, three different sound features, just a solid product. I have a box full of various earbuds ... that is where they will all be staying, I'm sticking with my Go Air Pop set from JLab.
So pleased, I ordered a few more sets for gifts.
Pick up a pair (or two) you won't be disappointed ... $20.00 ???? Are you kidding me?

Defective pair

I had bought this about a month ago. They wouldn't keep a charge. That was no problem . I never had a problem with any of my JLab earbuds. This pair was defective but, my reason for the five stars was, customer service was great to me and they solved my issue without hesitation.Thanks JLab, I will keep supporting ya'll.
