I would actually rate it a 4.5 it's really good wireless earbuds really good value the only thing that can prove it is probably the app if they update it so they supported go air pops

Very Disappointed

Sound is like an old AM radio. Very high-pitched. No bass. I tried all 3 settings and hardly noticed a change. I tried every adjustment imaginable in my phone's equalizer settings and still not close to happy. Lowering the highs, or trembles, lowered the overall volume. My only experience is comparing the sound to the free corded ones I got from the airplane. I was more than satisfied with the sound from the free ones. Sound from my JLabs Go Air Pop isn't remotely close.

The first one was faulty, but the second one wonderful. It works perfectly. And the warranty process was great. The next time I need ear buds I’ll buy from you.

You get what you Pay for.

For the price, can't fault them and they're good in a pinch (My puppy chewed my beats earbud, nearly turned me into Cruella Deville) but like the title says you get what you pay for.
Decent earbuds for the first few months of use, sound quality is pretty good and overall volume at the top end doesn't struggle and is actually pretty loud. However once the problems start, they don't go away. I've had problems that the manual or online youtube video tutorials just don't cover, earbud light blink/colour situations that aren't in any of the guides or even comparable to others on reddit i've seen have issues with these earbuds, One side of the case just will not charge unless fiddled with and/or earbud removed and re-inserted until finally award Pot-luck success, resetting with the whole 7 tap trick? Lol all over the place, at one point they were connected to my phone as 2 seperate Bluetooth devices.

They are the best sounding earbuds I ah e ever listen to by far. They are so much better than all the competitors out there and are also priced to please. The Blu tooth quality is as amazing as the built equalizer is great for listening to music as well.
