theya are amazing the only problem i have is the charging cable being implemented on it, i thought it was a good idea but its short 1 so u need a extension an 2 they dont include a adapter so its not ur regular basic box so u have to use a 1 cpu port other than that EXCELLENT WORK JLAB!!

better battery life than my phone lasted for a month. clear audio and super durable. My dog got one and when he finally spit it out they worked just fine really great and affordable.

Good battery life but annoying to use

I usually only use one earbud at a time and I like being able to pause it by tapping on it or pushing a button. However, this one ONLY allows pausing on the right ear and 80% of the time double-tap to pause does not work. There is also NO way to turn them off, you have to wait for them to turn off automatically. In the meantime, the Bluetooth stays connected unless you disconnect using the phone. Getting them out of the case is difficult because there's nothing to grab onto. I usually have to pair them again to the phone because it looks like each earbud has its own identity so the phone thinks it's new.

The app here doesn't support the headphones. I can't adjust the equalizer or sound on the headphones. Which was an issue from the start. I have to speak so loud for someone to understand me.I thought I'd like these and I don't. Only reason I didnt return them is because I didnt have the box
