Love the sound quality and battery life!

Ear buds are not smaller.

The ear buds are redesigned but overall size seems to be the same. Same great sound quality. Umatched style, comfort and sound quality for the price point. Definitely a great buy. Wish the case had a spot for a clip to attach to stuff.

Have been using my new Go Air Pops for a few days and am so pleased with the quality and size! Calls both on phone and through video chat on the computer have very clear input and output audio, and the sound quality for music and podcasts have been amazing as well. The case is also the perfect size and lightweight making it easy to carry around.

Best even if not on a budget!

I've been a loyal JLab customer for almost 4 years now, and have owned multiple pairs. From standard, basic wired earbuds, to $100 Bluetooth earbuds. I even owned a pair of the Retros! And what I've seen and heard every time is quality, plain and simple. I've especially come to love JLabs' signature sound profile, as I've found it works perfect for every genre (at least to me).
And now I can have that legendary sound, in an absolutely tiny package, with pretty colors? Of course I pre-ordered ASAP, and now that they're here, I'm blown away all over again. There is a slight "sweet spot" when it comes to removing them from the case, but I personally think it's a great thing! In the event that the lid somehow opened up in my bag (no clue how that would even happen, as it's definitely secure and not flimsy), the earbuds themselves aren't just going to fall out!

JLab, just keep doing what you're doing and I'll be around for life! I used to flop between brands looking for great sound, or overpay for something discontinued (and possibly receive a fake!), now I can rest easy knowing there's a reliable pair of headphones almost everywhere, and never out of whatever budget I may have!

I was part of the pre-order crew for the Go Air POPs. The bass and overall sound is way better than the Go Airs, and the POPs are cheaper at only 20 bucks each. (Okay, fine, 20 bucks a POP. Sorry for the pun. I feel so unclean.) Another improvement over the Go Airs is the case. The magnetically closing lid means they aren't getting full of pocket fuzz, nor are they escaping into my backpack.
The bass quality is the best so far of the bluetooth earbuds I have tried. It still isn't quiiiiiiite as good as my wired earbuds from "you know who" (your social media/ customer service folks know who I'm talking about ;) ) but if I had never owned them, I wouldn't realise these POPs are anything but Perfect. I definitely consider the POPs to be an overall upgrade because of their convenience, portability, ease of charging, style, sound, and ability to drown out that one guy on the bus bumping radio static and cussing at the driver. The *slightly* less bass isn't enough to outweigh the benefits. And when I say that, understand that the POPs do actually have killer bass. I'm just kind of a bass freak.
As it stands, if that competitor put out a similarly-priced wireless earbud, I wouldn't get it now, since these POPs and JLab's customer service people are so good.
In summary, the Go Air POPs hit all the features and quality that I was looking for in a wireless earbud, and I am definitely glad to own them. 5 stars. Would absolutely recommend. Killer bass. Woo!

Pretty perfect

Just got it in yesterday the 22, used them today the 23, I've ran them from 7am to 2pm and no problems, I was at work using them and I run machines most the day and they did a good job at keeping the outside noise down while I jammed out. It tends to get hot here in FL so they preformed great in the heat even though they got wet with sweat. Only thing is the rubber earpiece, I replace them with memory foam ones if possible. This is a picture of them compared to the go air, another great product.
