Great if you can get them in or out of case

Purchased with experience using another pair of jlabs. Sound is great, noise cancelling and awareness is great too. The one negative, and it's an extremely frustrating negative, is how difficult they are to place in or remove out of the case. Whether I'm in a hurry or not, it's as though they are designed to slip and slide all over the place and go any and everywhere except for where I need them to go.

Me llegaron los audífonos hoy, los he estado probando y son muy buenos pero se escuchan un poco bajos de volumen y también un punto negativo es que no cuentan con la aplicación de jlab para modificar el sonido a mi gusto

Easy to travel with

I love that they come in cool colors. The carrying case is a major plus. I get spotty moments but they are rare. That can also be due to network issues, so who knows. Otherwise I love these. The volume is great on them and I never have to put it up too high.

Issues with the jlab go air pop

I bought the jlab go air pop and when trying to gett a call the person on the other side can't hear me. I tried resetting it but still does not work. I checked different settings in my phone and no change.
