The colour is really distinct with the quality of the music/audio it has is really one of a kind. I'm a JLAb fan with it's uniqueness and yet with a very practical price.

Good overall, with some hiccups

Initial impressions after a brief week's usage
(+) good sound, effective mobile app, great in-ear stability and seal, holds good charge
(0) good range but easily broken up by walls. Otherwise solid connection, once established. Touch controls are okay, with occasional hit and miss
(-) buds are difficult to retrieve from charging case (very strong magnet and smooth surface of buds), Connecting and reconnecting to phone is unpredictable, but invariably takes longer than I'd like

Feature Rich Value BUT...

I was gifted this product a few days ago. I work in the AV industry and have over 20 years experience in electronics retail and have owned a great deal many headphones. This is a very good feature rich product at the price point. My only complaint is that the volume up and down touch control on my set doesn't work at all. I'm always near my playback device so it isn't a make or break problem for me as an individual but I could imagine it being frustrating for others.
