Great sound, incredible value

I bought these on pre-order and bought a second pair whole waiting with a discount code sent along with a video from the CEO explaining shipping delays. Staff was helpful and upbeat when I asked about my order, and when the earbuds arrived I wasn't sure what to expect since I have been using Bose QC 35 II at my desk which were over 15x more expensive.
Blown away. They were small enough that the large tips kept the unit from resting on my ear and bothering me for long sessions. I haven't been able to use them long enough for them to die, yet, but I have already gone at least 6 hours before I had to put them away and they started charging again. The sound quality is 8/10 with very little distortion at max volume, and the inner ear seal means they sound great even as low as 25% volume. Touch controls are fairly responsive, and easy enough to get used to. I personally like the attached charge cable, USB A connector (which works either direction like USB C), and size of the case. The case lid closes on its own which makes me feel better about the buds not falling out, which was the main reason these are my first wireless earbuds -- I needed something with high quality and low cost that didn't break the bank if I lost them, but I still don't want to lose them!
I will be buying several more pairs of these as gifts for friends and family.

I really like the red color! The Audio quality is better than a $50 dollar soundcore set of buds.
I wish there was a bit more of a customization for the EQ, my JLab sport pro are amazing and love having the EQ Ability.

Loving these ear buds so far. They fit better in my war and I love that the case can close. I often dropped my other and the ear buds would always pop out. My one complaint is that they can be a little difficult to get out. But other than that I am very pleased with them. Love the lilac color

I'm a new customer of jlab and to find out how affordable they cost was amazing, the go air pops are extremely small and very comfortable and it's the best ones I've ever bought, however I did lose one of them, but I'll happily pay for another pair.
