I love these earbuds! This is my second set only because I misplaced the left bud a year ago and I finally decided I needed a complete set again. These have gotten me through LONG hours at work, LONG hours through the night with a newborn, LONG road trips, etc. They are amazing and I will always stick with jlab. They are super discreet and lightweight. They truly last 20+ hours. Often times I will use only one bud at a time and switch when it gets low, this allowing the low bud to charge again. I love the build in charging USB. Honestly this is an ingenious design. It doesn't matter which side faces up to plug into a USB outlet like with every USB plug I've seen. It's such a sleek design and can be easily taken anywhere. The magnets that hold the buds in the charging case a strong and reliable. I've never had one fall out of the case accidentally. I've been using these earbuds going on 4 years now. The first set still works perfectly fine, it's my fault that I misplaced lefty. Hey jlab! I wouldn't be mad if you were able to send me a replacement! Then my husband could have a set too haha.

Great sound, not great Bluetooth connection

The sound is great. But they are constantly cutting out and right back after a couple seconds. This happens quite a bit. I followed the troubleshooting and made sure phone was close etc.

I believe this is my 3rd ear piece from JLab that I've purchased, I have the white ear bud but didn't stay in my ear hole. 2nd one p bought was was JLAB studio headphones, I loved it. Now with this latest purchase AIR PRO with the ear loop around, it makes my workout even better, and of course their batter life is amazing. I don't charge it til few days or a week later. Love this product.
