I just purchased my second pair only because my puppy decided to get a hold of it and I couldn't find one of the earbuds. I had pink ones and now I have teal ones. I love them. They do exactly what I need them to do.

Issues with the jlab go air pop

I bought the jlab go air pop and when trying to gett a call the person on the other side can't hear me. I tried resetting it but still does not work. I checked different settings in my phone and no change.
