I have been using this about a week. I love them! They are my first pair of true wireless. My last pair that I used for about 5 years had a wire connecting the two earbuds. These are VERY comfortable. I have had zero issues with them coming out or getting out of place while talking, eating, etc. My favorite thing is they last my whole 8 hour shift at work listening to audiobook or music. The only reason I could not give it 5 starts is all the "buttons" are not on both ear buds. The only real thing I would want to do is pause. It can only be done on the right earbud. At work we can only wear one at a time, and I would like to have the option of just wearing the left.
The case is elegantly small and the buds are about what you would expect, then a little smaller and lighter. The sound and connection are decent, just like you'd expect from jlabs. These are ideal for my kids who use them a lot -- they are convenient, good quality, and cheap. The move to capacitive (not "real/clicky") buttons is a bummer, but seems to be standard nowadays.
I've been using a pair of JLab Go Air for a while now and wanted a second pair to have as a backup when I found these were released, so I decided to go for it. Now, I already enjoyed the value of the Go Air buds to begin with, and these are a whole $10 USD cheaper, so my expectations were a little lower, but WOW! These are a total upgrade! The three EQ settings are a lot more usable than they were on the previous model, and the specs in general are just such an improvement! I've been raving about these to everyone I know
