Very happy with the build quality by far better build quality than any ive had over the last 3 years just frustrated with the app its been saying the app will be available for my Goair sport coming soon! For at least 6 months by the time it is available theyll be past their operating life.

I've bought these before and we're happy with them. Good sound, good fit. I had also bought the jib true 2, didn't like those too much. Sound wasn't up to par, the noise cancelling wasn't very good

I bought these earbuds this past week,. until i can access my AirPod pros, and I must say wow! The battery is outstanding! I usually keep one bud in for calls & etc while doing tasks, my AirPods would've beeped at least 3X yet my air pops have not. I've only charged the case once (may 27th) and here I am 5 days later w a full case & buds (especially the right ear bud.) The standby is amazing! I absolutely love my earbuds! Waterproof is accurate... Learned that quickly, the ANC is pretty good! I only say a 4 because with anything there's always room for improvement...Respectfully. JLAB is really in tune (no pun intended😂) with their customers & it shows! They'd rather hear constitutive criticism than hear 5/5 with all praise and no true feedback, I will say I have not used the app yet due to them (earbuds) being newer, but coming! 'I def recommend!

Comfortable & great quality for affordable price.

I've been using JLab for a couple years now. I started with the JLab Go Air True (the ones with the open top,) and was devastated when they broke. I got my new earbuds from the same company because I loved the quality and shape of said earbuds. Those earbuds without ear tips always tend to hurt my ears, and I'm not wearing earbuds that hurt until my ears get nerve damage so then I can't feel them. JLab's earbuds don't hurt my ears. They are comfortable to wear, provide amazing quality, and are easy to transport. The Go Air Pop's are a great option for those who want wireless earbuds but don't have the money to spend hundreds of dollars on them.
