hardest part of using these earbuds is getting them out of the case...supposed to be able to set tone but I don't see a difference

The product is good except that it picks up all sounds & disrupts calls. Also the "free" gifts are always out of stock.

Most importan thing: It it as advertised, no traps, no tricks. The construction is very nice. I choose the translucid model and it is beautiful, sleek and simple, the attached USB cable makes it easy to charge either with a power bank or a charger, battery lasts as advertised and sound is far better than other devices in the same dollar range.
