The first one was faulty, but the second one wonderful. It works perfectly. And the warranty process was great. The next time I need ear buds I’ll buy from you.

Very Disappointed

Sound is like an old AM radio. Very high-pitched. No bass. I tried all 3 settings and hardly noticed a change. I tried every adjustment imaginable in my phone's equalizer settings and still not close to happy. Lowering the highs, or trembles, lowered the overall volume. My only experience is comparing the sound to the free corded ones I got from the airplane. I was more than satisfied with the sound from the free ones. Sound from my JLabs Go Air Pop isn't remotely close.

I would actually rate it a 4.5 it's really good wireless earbuds really good value the only thing that can prove it is probably the app if they update it so they supported go air pops

Clarity I've never heard before!

I bought them almost a week ago and have used them both to connect through my TV and out while doing errands, and I'm finding them to be fantastic.
They seem a little low through my TV unless I put the volume up high, but when I play my PS5 with them in, I'm finding I'm catching sounds that I don't usually hear through my speaker setup.
While out doing errands I listened to some podcasts and actually made some calls through them and everything seemed great. The people I called seemed to hear me clearly and everything sounded better than through even the wired headphones I usually use.
So far these are the best pair if wireless headphones I've ever purchased.
