Broken ear buds remplacement with new

Very great a very good warranty my earbud was broken I have order a New part with the help of jlab I received the new product in 5days( usa to France) they works like a Charm. Perfect !

Didn't last long but left a good first impression

I bought these on September 26 and they did not disappoint. The sound was good and at the price that it was, it was quite the steal. Sadly they didn't last long not because they broke or started to age, but that my cat dropped the case and now I'm missing one. I can't find it but best be sure I'm reordering these again because generally these earphones are great. I like how portable the charging case is and how easily it slides into my pocket and doesn't feel uncomfortable. They have a solid battery life and don't slip out of my ear easily, even when it's raining. Definitely recommend because you're getting quality at a good price.
