No way to turn off awful sensor control

Too fiddly to pull out of case, dropped several times already. No app support so unable to turn off atrocious sensor control which is unforgivable. Had I known this I would not have purchased in a million years. Sounds pretty good and comfortable in ears, but those sensor controls...big miss jlab

So sorry to hear of the sensor issues : ( they do take a little practice, or the sensors may be bad on the set you received. We do have models outside of the entry level go line that has full application support whereas you can turn the sensors off.
